My name is Lydia Sevier and I have a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. As a black woman in this field, I've encountered unique challenges, but I've also developed a strong sense of resilience that has propelled me forward. I've always had a passion for blending creativity and innovation to solve complex problems, and biomedical engineering provides the perfect outlet for this. Throughout my academic journey, I've embraced challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
